Kevin Wilkes

Bio

Like many early-2000s Bolton High School teachers and staff, Coach Kevin Wilkes made the leap to join the BHS family in 2014. He arrived with strong technical skills, creative teaching methods, and a deep knowledge of running back fundamentals. He quickly became the freshman defensive coordinator under Coach Bowden, where he helped develop the skills young athletes would need to succeed at higher levels.

In 2019, Coach Wilkes was promoted to freshman head coach, and after demonstrating impressive success in just one season, he earned a move to the varsity coaching staff as the running backs coach. During his tenure in that role, he helped develop two Division I athletes. Throughout his coaching journey, he has also served as the staff’s go-to “tech guy,” keeping the program organized and up-to-date.

In 2025, Coach Wilkes was named Associate Head Coach. The Panthers are grateful for his dedication, leadership, and the lasting impact he continues to make on the program.
