Lance Tucker

Bio

Lance Tucker, a former University of Alabama quarterback, began his coaching career in his home state, where he built an impressive résumé that included two appearances in the Alabama State Championship. After years of success, Coach Tucker received the call to lead the Panthers as head coach for the 2019 season.

At the time of his arrival, the Panthers were in the midst of a multi-year drought without a region win. During his four-year tenure, Coach Tucker not only ended that drought but also guided the program to two semifinal appearances. Afterward, he took a brief two-year hiatus to return to coaching in Alabama.

In 2025, Coach Bowden called upon his mentor to return to Bartlett and join the staff as the offensive line coach. The Panthers are fortunate to have Coach Lance Tucker back on the sidelines.
