Bio

Coach Tommy Miller joined the Bartlett High School football staff in 2025 as the Quarterbacks Coach. Coach Miller has an extensive coaching career in Shelby County serving as head coach at Arlington High School from 2022-2024. He spent 8 seasons at Collierville High School where he served for 3 years as a defensive assistant coaching Safeties, and 5 years as the Offensive Coordinator & Quarterbacks Coach. Prior to that he coached at Bolton High School from 2005-2013. He was the Offensive Coordinator/Quarterback Coach for 6 years before taking over as Head Coach in 2011. As Head Coach he was named District 14 AAA Coach of the Year, as well as the Shelby Metro Sports Talk Radio “Tommy Harrison” Coach of the Year in 2012. Before his coaching career Coach Miller played two seasons professionally in the IFL and NIFL. He attended college at Arkansas State University where he was a four-year starter on special teams and two-year starter at Quarterback. In high school he played for his father, Kevin Miller, at Mountain Home High School in Arkansas where he was an All-District and All-State Quarterback, setting the schools single season passing record. He was also named the Arkansas 4A Scholar Football Athlete of the Year his senior year. He was a multi-sport athlete, playing basketball and a State Champion in Baseball. In 2017 he was inducted in to the MHHS Athletic Hall of Honor. He is married to his wife, Casie, together they have four children, Taylor, Jenna, Trenton and Brock.

Coach Miller brings with him the skills, discipline and leadership he developed during his playing and coaching career. His background as a head coach adds valuable experience, innovative ideas and a strong offensive mindset to the Panther’s staff.
